1 2-1/2 lb whole chicken or 2-1/2-3 lbs chicken parts
1/4 cup hot water
2 tsp instant chicken bouillon

SEASONING:

3 T Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1 T dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken on rack in roasting pan. Combine hot water and bouillon. Pour over chicken. Combine Mrs. Dash and oregano. Coat chicken with mixture. Cover loosely with foil and roast at 400 for 50 minutes. Uncover, baste with pan juices. Bake, uncovered, another 15 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is done.

TRADITIONAL ROASTED CHICKEN: Substitute seasonings with 3 T Mrs. Dash Table Blend.

GARLIC ROASTED CHICKEN: Substitue seasonings with 3 T Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning and 2 tsp dried thyme.

ORIENTAL ROASTED CHICKEN: Substitute water, bouillon and seasonings with 1 (10-oz) bottle plum sauce, 2 T Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy and 1 T light soy sauce.
