1 c shortening
1 1/4 c peanut butter
1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and peanut butter, add sugars, beat well. Beat in eggs.

Mix flour and baking soda. Add to peanut butter mixture.

Make into small balls and flatten with a fork.

Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
