Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3 Tbs. cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put the first butter, sugar, milk, vanilla, salt and cocoa powder in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes.

Add the oatmeal and peanut butter to the cocoa mixture and stir until well mixed.

Drop quickly onto waxed paper and let cool.

Note: I find the 5 minutes is too long and the cookies are harden quickly - I usually cook for 4 minutes. Also I sometime leave out the cocoa and use more peanut butter for a peanut butter no bake cookie.
