Bottom Layer
1/2 c butter
1/4 c sugar
1/3 c cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1 c unsweetened coconut
1/2 chopped walnuts
Filling
1/4 c butter
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp vanilla custard powder
2 c icing sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Top layer
2 sq unsweetened chocolate
2 sq semi sweet chocolate
1 tbsp butter

Directions:

Bottom Layer
melt butter, add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and eggs. Cook stirring over med heat until slightly thickened approximately 1 minute. Press firmly into 9" sq baking pan. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Filling
Cream butter, beat in milk, custard powder, icing sugar and salt. If too thick to spread, add 1 tsp milk. Spread over 1st layer and refrigerate until firm
Top Layer
Melt chocolate and butter. Spread over filling. Befoer chocolate hardens completely, mark out squares. Refrigerate or freeze
