Ingredients:  
3 medium, well ripened bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c margarine
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp sour milk
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bananas and soda, set aside.
Cream shortening, sugar, stir in eggs. Add flour, baking powder, sour milk and salt. Mix well. Add banana mixture; mix until blended. Place in 9X5X3" greased pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour
