3 stalks of celery, chopped
1/2 medium onion, diced
1/4 lb. butter
1/8 lb. butter
1 c. wild rice.
2 cans of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Boil wild rice for 30-35 minutes, drain. Sauté celery and onion in ¼ lb. butter. Add drained rice and ⅛ lb. of butter. Fold in mushrooms. Heat on medium-low for 15 minutes.

Duane made this for us on one of his visits to Lodi. Delicious. We only got to be with him for such a short time, but each and every visit is a treasured memory.
