2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 lb melted butter
3 1/2 8 oz packages cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz mini-chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Spread crust mixture over the bottom and halfway up the sides o a 10 inch springform pan. Set aside. Blend cream cheese, sour cream, egg yolks, brown sugar and flour at low speed. Scrape bowl well, turn to medium and beat for 10 minutes. Add vanilla and mix for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and nuts to blend.

Beat eggs whites until they hold a firm peak, then old carefully into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared springform and bake for 1 hour at 350º. Turn off oven and leave for 30 minutes with oven door closed. Cool, and refrigerate. If desired, decorate cake with chocolate whipped cream: Whip 1 cup heavy cream until foamy. Gradually add mixture of 2 tablespoons each powdered sugar and cocoa. Pipe rosettes of mixture through pasty bag and sprinkle with a few mini-chocolate chips. Or, over medium heat combine 1/4 C milk, 1/3 cup cocoa, and 1 cup sugar. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp vanilla.Cool and pour over top of cheesecake.
