3-4 ripe peaches
deep dish pie crust
fresh blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
2T (or a little more) corn starch
2T white karo syrup
2T peach jello powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust according to directions on package. Let crust cool completely. Peel and slice peaches and lay in crust. Sprinkle blueberries on top of peaches.
filling (make while crust is baking)-
mix cornstarch, sugar, water, and karo syrup in small saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling. Let boil for about 1 minute or until it gets thick and clear. Remove from heat and add jello powder. Stir to dissolve. Set saucepan on rack to cool (about 30 mins). When filling is cool, stir then spoon over fruit. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
