1 chopped onion
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 16 oz can black beans
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 16 oz can kidney beans (or 2 black beans)
1 can corn (16 oz)
1 8 oz tomato sauce
2 - 14 oz can tomatoes with chopped chillis

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in slow cooker, chicken on top. 6-8 hours low 3-4 hours high
30 min before serving shred chicken. Add back to slow cooker.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
