2lbs Country ribs
2 big scoops peanut butter
Chili flakes
1 can Coconut Milk
Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Bake ribs until 90% done.

Peanut Butter Sauce
Add 2 scoops of peanut butter in a sauce pan. Slowly warm. Star adding coconut milk slowly and stir all of the time. Get sauce to thicken like a syrup. Add chili flakes and keep stirring. Taste for heat if you like!

When ribs are 90% done put them on the grill to get marks and then start basting with peanut butter sauce. Garnish ribs after plating with shredded coconut. Coconut can also be applied during grilling but not much. This is messy
