2 c peaches- sliced
1 c light brown sugar
1 T lemon juice
2 T butter

1 c self rising flour
2 T shortening
½ t salt
2 T sugar
⅓ c milk


Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together and place into a baking dish (or skillet if cooking on a stovetop)

Mix the dry ingredients and then blend in the milk, drop the misture over the top of the peaches by the spoonful.

This is Richelle, this is a recipe grandma Leila gave me, and I am going to guess she baked this at 350degrees and about midway through I am betting she brushed some melted butter over the top. :)
