1½ cups flour
1½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup oil (I use walnut)
3 tablespoons cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour, sugar and salt in 9" pie pan. Mix until blended. In a measuring cup, whisk oil and milk until creamy. Pour onto flour mixture. Mix with a fork until flour is completely moistened. Pat the dough with your fingers on bottom and up the sides. Flute the edges. Ready to fill or bake at 425º for 15 minutes after pricking with a fork.
