Wet
C shortening
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 C grated carrots

Dry
2 C flour
1 t baking powder
t baking soda
t salt
t cinnamon
C walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl, in a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients. Fold the dry ingredients into the moist ingredients until well blended.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes (until done)
