⅓ cup of shortening
cup sugar
1 egg
1 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
tsp salt
tsp nutmeg
cup milk
cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 15 medium muffin cups.
2. Mix thoroughly the shortening, cup sugar and the egg.
3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg alternately with the milk.
4. Fill the muffin cups ⅔ of the way full.
5. Bake 20-25 minutes.
6. Mix cup sugar and the cinnamon.
7. Immediately after baking roll the muffins in melted butter then cinnamon sugar mixture
8. Serve hot.
