3 medium to large soft shell tacos (tortillas)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 can refried beans
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb ground beef
Brown ground beef and drain. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and beans to ground beef. Spray pie plate and layer

Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before cutting.
