1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar ( i use cider)
3/4 cup salad oil
1 tsp salt

2 heads of grated cabbage
Additions to your liking:
1 tbsp mustard seed
1 tsp celery seed
Grated red and green pepper for color

Directions:
Directions:
Put dressing on slaw while hot, then cool 11/2 hours
Mix and cover in the refrigerator 12 hours before serving
Keeps well
