1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 c. pecan halves
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, boil sugar, cinnamon and evaporated milk to "soft ball" stage.
Add pecan halves and vanilla; stirring to mix well.
Using a fork, quickly drop pecans individually onto waxed paper; cool before serving.
