Ingredients:  
5 cups flour (a.p., pastry or a mix of the two)
½tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbs sugar

1 lb lard

1 egg, 1tbs vinegar plus cold water to make ¾ c.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the lard and cut in with pastry cutter. Add liquid and bring mixture together. Knead till smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and chill till needed. Can be frozen at this point.
