2 unbaked pie shells
1-1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 T. all-purpose flour
4 T. pumpkin pie spice (*see note for substitution)
3 c. pumpkin
1-1/2 cans evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice; mix well.
Stir in pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs; mix well.
Pour mixture into 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake in 375º oven for 40-45 minutes or until firm.
