2- 5 oz cans of tuna
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 medium size onion diced small
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheese ( set aside 1/4 cup for topping)
Juice of one lemon
Salt and pepper to tast
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 1/2 packages of egg noodles

Preheat oven to 350º
Bring enough water to boil for the noodles. Cook noodles as directed on package
While noodles are cooking, combine all ingredients but the noodles in a large Pyrex bowl.
Pour strained noodles in bowl with tuna mix. Stir completely and add 1/4 cup shredded cheese over the top. Crushed potatoe chips on top of casserole is a great option too.
Place casserole in oven and cook for 25 min.
