1 Head Boston bib lettuce
1/4 cup walnut pieces
3/4 cup plain Greek-style non fat yogurt
2 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
2 Red Delicious apples, cored and diced (about two cups)
3 ribs celery, diced (about a cup)
1/2 cup halved seedless grapes

Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium-high heat, stirring, until fragrant and golden. set aside to cool, then chop coarsely.
in a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in the walnuts, apple, celery and grapes.
Serve over bib lettuce
