24 oz Froz shredded potatoes
2C Shredded Cheese
2 C cooked sausage
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 Can of Cheddar Cheese soup
2 soup cans of milk
10 eggs
Optional:
Chopped onion, chopped green pepper, sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except shredded cheese. Mix/beat very well, and pat into 3 qt casserole dish. Bake for 70-80 minutes or longer or until knife in center comes out clean.
( Top with cheese about 1/2 way through baking)
