1 bottom pie crust (9-10")
3 eggs
1 cup brown rice syrup (Lundberg Brand)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons (or more) Bourbon Whiskey
3 tablespoons melted butter
¼ teaspoon salt
2 cups (or more) Pecan halves*

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Whisk eggs, rice syrup, maple syrup, bourbon, butter and salt. Pour filling into pie shell. Add pecans. Place in oven and immediately reduce temperature to 350º. Bake 40 to 45 minutes (or more) until filling puffs at the edges and center is firm. Top with whipped cream and pecan halves before serving.

Note: I use pecan pieces for filling and pecan halves to decorate the top. P.S. Rice syrup is found in jars in baking section of your market.
