Pineapple Salsa:
½ medium pineapple, cut into ½-inch pieces (2 cups)
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1 small jalapeno chili, seeded and finely chopped
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp lime juice

Make pineapple salsa and refrigerate.

Marinade:
½ cup nonalcoholic margarita mix
3 Tbsp lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 large salmon fillet (about 2 pounds) cut into 6 pieces

Pour margarita mix, lime juice and garlic over salmon in glass dish. Cover and refrigerate 30 to 60 minutes. Heat coals or gas grill. Remove salmon from marinade; reserve marinade. Cover and grill salmon, skin side down, 4 to 6 inches from medium heat for 10 to 20 minutes. brushing 2 times with marinade, until salmon flakes easily with fork. Discard marinade. Serve with pineapple salsa.
