1# of any breakfast meat....I always use more than one.
6 cups of cubed bread
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs, slightly beaten
3 cups of milk
2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Vegetables you enjoy-I use onion, peppers, tomatoes, sliced mushrooms....dice them up!

Preheat oven 350º. Spray 13X9 baking dish. If you are going to use sausage/bacon, make sure you cook it first, or buy precooked, and cut up. Mix all ingredients. Bake for 55 minutes or until done.
