1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 cans chicken broth
2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
˝ cup salsa
Dash black pepper
Dash ground cumin
Tortilla chips
Avocado
Tomato
Green onion
Monterrey jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion, pepper, and celery in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with chopped avocado, tomatoes, green onions, and shredded Monterrey jack cheese.
