1 pkg long grain and wild rice
1 medium onion, chopped
4 T butter or margarine
1 lb chicken livers, cut into pieces
3 T butter
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions. Saute onion in butter until golden, add chicken livers and cook 4 minutes. Combine mixture and rice in 1-1/2 quart covered casserole. Dot with remaining butter and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake in a preheated 350º oven for 15 minutes.
