3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1½ c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
⅓ c. crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped nuts

You can add raisins if you like.
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour 9"X13" pan.
Mix all at once with wooden spoon. Do not over mix.
Bake 1 hour in 350º.

Grandma doesn't know who gave her this cake but she said, "it's a good cake and no icing needed." She added, "Be sure bananas are overly ripe!"
