1 1/2 c sugar
1 c sour cream
1/2 c margarine or butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c mashed bananas (approx. 3 large)
2 tsp vanilla
2 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 c chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 c sugar
1/2 c butter or margarine
1/4 c milk
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Heat oven to 375º. Grease and flour jellyroll pan (10 12 x 15 1/2 x 1 inches).

Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine and eggs in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute.

Beat in bananas and vanilla on low speed 30 seconds. Beat in flour, baking soda and salt on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread batter into pan.

Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes; cool.

Frosting: Put sugar, margarine and milk in pan and bring to a boil. Cool. Add powdered sugar.
