2 8oz, pkg Softened Cream Cheese (10 seconds per bar in microwave)
1 pkg dried beef chopped finely (I use deli ham)
2+ tbsp. Ranch Dressing
C. Finely chopped onion (or to taste)
1 tsp. Garlic Pepper Salt (or salt, pepper, garlic to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Place softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add chopped meat, onion, seasoning and dressing. Mix thoroughly with a hand mixer until smooth. Use more dressing until you reach the consistency you like. The seasoning will be more flavorful after being refrigerated over night.

When I make this for gathering I triple or quadruple the recipe to have extra to send home with guests. It can be served in a dish as a dip or formed into a ball, rolled in chopped nuts, bacon bits or shredded cheese.
