1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1 egg yolk
1 tsp dried basil leaves, divided
1/4 tsp pepper, divided
4 large slices cooked turkey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 small tomato, peeled and chopped
1 jar (12 oz) Heinz HomeStyle Turkey Gravy
3 T plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in 1/2 tsp basil and 1/8 tsp pepper. Place turkey in 1-1/2 quart oblong baking dish; cover each slice with 1/4 spinach mixture. Bake in 375º oven, 25-30 minutes.

For sauce, saute garlic in oil. Add tomato, 1/2 tsp basil and 1/8 tsp pepper. Cook, uncovered, over low heat 4-5 minutes. Stir in gravy and yogurt. Heat. Do not boil. Spoon small amount of sauce over each serving. Pass remaining sauce.
