6 potatoes
1 pt sour cream
10-oz cheddar cheese, grated
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 T milk
Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and cook in boiing salted water until tender. Grate on coarse grater. Add sour cream, cheese, onions, milk, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Pour into buttered 13x9 pan. Bake 50 minutes at 300º.
