1 large (4 lb.) spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise and seeded
2 T. brown sugar
6 T. butter
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
salt and pepper
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 c. vegetable broth
1 T. honey
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
In 1 squash half, combine brown sugar, 3 T. butter, cinnamon, salt and pepper. In other half, combine 2 T. cheese, 3 T. butter, salt and pepper. Place both in 9 x 13 baking dish and add broth. Cover with foil and bake at 450 degrees until tender, approximately 50 minutes. Scrape into strands (still in shell). Drizzle sweet half with honey, and savory half with Italian seasoning and remaining cheese.
