Canning tomatoes
Pickling salt
lemon juice
Jars
Lids

Directions:
Directions:
Wash jars and rings
Boil jars and rings for 10 minutes
Place lids in almost boiling water
Blanche tomatoes 30 seconds, put in ice bath
Peel and cut up tomatoes

For Quart Jars:
1/2 tsp pickling salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
Process 45 minutes

For Pint Jars
1/4 tsp pickling salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Process 35 minutes
