Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/4 c water
2 egg whites
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp mince prunes (use baby food prunes)
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
3 tbsp rye flour
3/4 c multi grain (put 1 heaping tbsp flax seeds ground up in coffee grinder in cup then add multi grain)
2 2/3 c flour ( put 1 heaping tbsp flax seeds into 1st cup)
1 3/4 tsp yeast

Directions:

Put all ingredients in order in a bread machine.
Use setting 4
