2 packages chopped broccoli (frozen or fresh)

1 egg slightly beaten

c mayonnaise

1 small onion, chopped

1 can cram of mushroom soup

1 c grated cheddar cheese

c melted butter

package herb stuffing mix


Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until crisp. Mix broccoli, egg, mayonnaise, onion, soup and cheese in greased 2 quart casserole dish.

Mix stuffing with the melted butter. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
