8 oz. crushed pineapple
3 oz. raspberry gelatin
1- 16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, save syrup, add enough boiling water to make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid. Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel. Fold in oranges and pineapple, whipped cream. Pour into mold. Refrigerate until serving, at least 1-2 hours.
