3/4 Cup Margarine
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs well beaten
1/2 Cup Buttermilk (or 1/2 cup regular milk and 2 Tbsp Vinegar)
2 Cups All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
3 large bananas
3/4 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, margarine and eggs. Add milk then flour, soda & salt. Mix together. Add mashed bananas, vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased & floured 9x13 pan in 350 - 30 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
