2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/4 c milk
1/4 c butter, melted
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 c blackberries (fresh or frozen, thawed), lightly mashed

Topping:

3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp. cold butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. In small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, butter and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Fold in mashed blackberries gently. Pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan. Place flour, brown sugar and butter for topping in blender and pulse until all ingredients are combined. Evenly sprinkle over unbaked bread. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
