1 (15 ounce) packages refrigerated pie crusts
6 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Fit pastry into a 9 inch deep-dish pie plate. Toss together apples and lemon juice in a large bowl.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over apple mixture and toss to coat.
Spoon into prepared pie crust. Dot with butter. Unroll and place remaining pie crust over filling.
Fold edges under, and crimp; cut slits in top for steam to escape. Bake at 450º for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
