2Tbs. butter
6 eggs
1c. milk
1c. flour
1/2tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Melt butter in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish. In stand mixer on high with whisk attachment or in blender, mix eggs, milk, flour and salt until smooth. Pour into dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with fruit and/or syrup of choice.
