Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 egg

bread dough (I use store bought loaves, my mom will make dough from scratch)
Marinara Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Brown ground beef and Italian sausage. When browned, add 2 c of mozzarella cheese and 1 egg. Mix together until cheese is melted and egg is combined in. Set aside.

Take bread dough and roll out in a circle with a rolling pin, as you were making a pie crust. When dough is rolled out and ¼-½ inch thick, spread meat mixture on top, evenly. Starting at one end, roll everything into a "log."

Place parchment paper on a jelly roll pan for easy clean up. Place meat roll on jelly roll pan in sort of a horseshoe shape, depending on how big the meat roll is. Cut 5-6 slits in top. Bake at 375º for about 40 minutes. Serve with warmed marinara sauce.
