2c. flour
4tsp. baking powder
2tsp. sugar
1/2tsp. salt
1/2c. butter/coconut oil
1c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together well. Pastry cut in the butter or coconut oil until there are fine crumbs. Carefully add buttermilk so not to have too much. Batter will be somewhat sticky. Make as drop biscuits on a casserole or roll out on semi floured surface and cut to size. Bake in preheated oven at 450 for 10-12minutes.
