3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 15 oz. box bran flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400
Mix sugar, flour, salt and baking soda.
Add buttermilk, oil and beaten eggs. Mix well.
Add bran flakes and mix.
Pan in greased muffin tins.
Bake in preheated oven 18-20 minutes.

Batter will keep in the refrigerator 4 to 6 weeks.
You can add nuts, dates raisins or whatever you like for a variety.
