1 750 milliliter bottle vodka
3 6-ounce cans frozen lemonade
2 14-ounce cans cream of coconut
1 46 ounce can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 liters 7-Up for serving

Mix all except 7-Up together in large plastic bowl. Freeze 24 hours. Remove, stir and freeze another 24 hours.

Serve 2 scoops frozen mixture in a glass, fill with 7-Up
