*1 cookie pie crust recipe using graham crackers
16 oz. cream cheese
⅔-cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
⅓ c. milk
4 eggs
2 T. Lemon juice
1 can fruit pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
*Make a uncooked cookie piecrust recipe using graham crackers in a pie pan. Place cream cheese in medium bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 1 minute or until soft. Add 2/3-cup sugar, salt and milk. Beat at medium speed until blended until blended. Beat in eggs and lemon juice. Place on turntable and microwave at high power for 4-7 minutes or until very hot. Pour mixture over crust. Place cheesecake on turntable and microwave at 50% power for 7-15 minutes or until almost set in center. Cool slightly. Spread with topping. Chill for at least 8 hours before serving.
