12 large white mushrooms
1 Tbspn Canoloa Oil
1 Tbspn minced garlic
1 package cream cheese (8 ounce) room tempature
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 Tspn black pepper
1/4 Tspn onion powder
1/4 Tspn ground cayenne pepper

Preheat oven 350º degrees

Spray cookie sheet with Pam.

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towel. Break off stems, and finely chop.Set aside

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped mushroom stems to skillet
and fry until moisture has disappeared. Set aside to cool

When mixture cool, add cream cheese, Parmesan, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne and
mix thoroughly.

Using a little spoon, fill each mushroom cap generously with stuffing mixture. Place on prepared
cookie sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven
