4 - 6 ounces of Smoked Salmon
1 - 8 ounces package of cream cheese at room tempature
2 Tspn Dill weed dried or fresh
Lemon - (small squeeze)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:

Crumble to salmon in to small pieces, mix with cream cheese, dill weed, squeeze of lemon add
salt and pepper to taste.

Place in fridge until chilled serve with crackers, or fresh vegetables


* You can combine all the ingredients in mixer with paddle attachment to blend*

* If the dip is to thick you can add a few tbspn of sour cream to thin**
