2 c. milk
¼ tsp. salt
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a mixing bowl and beat well. Pour into four 6 oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place on a platter in a circle. Microwave on medium for 8-13 minutes, rotating a quarter turn every 3 minutes. Some custards may cook more quickly than others. They are done when a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let custards stand 5 minutes before servings.
