4 qts. sliced cucumbers sliced med. thin
6 med. onions sliced
2 green peppers sliced thin
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/3c. coarse salt
5c. sugar
1/2tsp. tumeric
1/2tsp. celery seed
2T. mustard seed
3c. vinegar

Add cucumbers, onions, peppers, garlic and salt.
Cover with cracked ice and mix thoroughly.
Let stand 3 1/2 hours.
Drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pout over cucumber mixture.
Heat until a boil and all bright green color is gone.
Seal in hot jars.

The recipe says it makes 8 pts, I get 6 pts. Can't double this recipe.
